- No. That is the point of full-service. You can set up a read-only bank feed or simply send us your bank statements, and we do all the bookkeeping for you. There is no software for you to buy, learn or log in to -- though if you already use Xero or MYOB, we are happy to work with it.
- Yes. We only ever use read-only bank feeds, so no one can move money through them -- they let us see transactions, nothing more. As registered tax agents we are bound by strict confidentiality and privacy obligations, and we handle your records with the same care we have given local clients since 2000.
