Lynda Swain
Office Administrator
Lynda is the welcoming first point of contact at MJE and the person who keeps the office running with quiet efficiency. She looks after reception, scheduling and the day-to-day coordination that ensures every client is well cared for, and has been a familiar, reassuring presence for many years. Warm and unflappable, she makes every visit feel effortless.
Anna Plevnarovski
Chartered Accountant
Anna is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience across tax and accounting for individuals and businesses. She specialises in tax planning and compliance, financial reporting and business advisory, and is equally at home with individual, partnership, company, trust and SMSF returns. Measured and meticulous, she helps clients navigate complex positions with clarity and confidence.

Principal, Tax7 Group
Bo is Principal of Tax7 Group, which this year joined MJE in a strategic partnership uniting MJE's traditional standards of service with Tax7's modern, technology-led approach. A registered tax agent and Fellow of the National Tax and Accountants' Association, he holds a Master of Professional Accounting and has guided many thousands of individual and small-business clients through complex tax with clarity and care.

Partner
Charli is a partner of the practice who specialises in individual tax and small-business entities, an ACCA-qualified accountant holding a Master of Economics alongside degrees in Commerce and Science from the University of Sydney. She is valued for clear, tailored advice and for the precision she brings to every return. Considered and thorough, she leaves nothing to chance.
Niko He
Cyber Security Manager and ISO 27001 Officer
Niko leads security and privacy across the practice as our Cyber Security Manager and ISO 27001 officer, with responsibility for information security and compliance within the technology team. He ensures client data is protected to a recognised international standard, and that every system we use is held to it. Diligent and exacting, he is the quiet assurance behind everything we do online.
Vincent Chen
Software Engineer and R&D Lead
Vincent is a software engineer and our research and development lead, responsible for the firm's internal online ledger system and the integration that connects our technology together. He builds the secure, efficient systems that work quietly behind the scenes, giving our accountants more time for the work that matters most.
